In the unlikely event of there being stock issues, we will contact you with an alternative delivery date.  

Delivery 
Please allow up to 15days for your order to be delivered. Our deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or courier. You will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email when your order is about to be despatched. 

Returns
We don't allow any returns on any items customised with organisations crest or initials.
